This twenty year old television studio complex needed a comprehensive facade upgrade to meet code requirements. We saw this as an opportunity to reposition the asset and update the materials to suit the evolving South Eveleigh precinct.

solution

Our approach was to freshen the building up with new white facade panels and copper clad vertical core elements to complement the unique heritage context. The television studios were reworked with a terracotta coloured finish and all new direction signage, making the whole complex more elegant and legible.
