A large, underutilized commercial lot in Macquarie park was in need of reinvention. The existing building was isolated and introspective. Roughly the size of a Sydney city block the site wanted a new master plan, providing a range of ‘A’ grade office spaces that engages with a revitalized landscape.

solution

A staged masterplan is proposed with the large existing office block to be replaced by three smaller buildings, each orientated with the road frontage. This allows for the reinstatement of bushland and a natural watercourse through the site, providing an invaluable amenity to tenants and the local community. The 3 buildings feature scalloped facades and large balconies that maximize views across the site and bring a rich landscape into to workplace.
