This federation house, one of the oldest in Greenwich, was dark and tired. Our clients, natural born entertainers, wanted a home that reflected their sunny dispositions — bigger, bolder and full of light.

Enclosing the undercroft and relocating bedrooms downstairs allowed the upper level to be reinterpreted as a series of entertainment spaces. A covered terrace creates a large indoor / outdoor space — a striking intervention that links house and garden, perfect for parties.
