The client, a local church diocese wanted to redevelop their parish hall and presbytery facilities to service the local community. Part of their extensive grounds were also converted to residential use to fund their ongoing social outreach programme.

The proposed parish hall sensitively connects to the existing heritage church and is surrounded by an upgraded civic space that addresses the existing streetscape. A variety of 'mews' style houses and apartments are seamlessly incorporated into the precinct and offer a diverse range of accommodation to the local community.
