With the original resort facilities destroyed by bushfires, the client needed a new state of the art visitor centre that would reinforce Selwyn's reputation as Australia's premier family friendly snow resort.

solution

Starting with a clean slate, we used this as an opportunity to consolidate all guest facilities under one roof. A bold, striking building form maximises views to the ski slopes while providing efficient, accessible and elegant amenities including ticketing, equipment hire, lockers and cafe / restaurant.
